To become a part of our network, you need to complete our application process and meet our specific criteria. Following your application, we will conduct a review process and intake to understand what type of private debt deals you are looking for.

What types of returns can I expect?

Returns will vary based on the specifics of each loan product and its associated risks. Typically, the lower the loan to value of real estate collateral, the lower the return. We do our best to clearly explain the return and potential risks for each opportunity. During your onboarding, we will detail the expected ROIs for the various loan products we offer.

How do you mitigate risk for lenders?

Our risk mitigation strategies are comprehensive, including borrower screening, securing loan agreements, and low loan to value lending opportunities. Additionally, we utilize neutral third-party brokers and appraisers to value collateral. We continuously monitor loan performances and offer support to manage and mitigate potential defaults.

Once the work had been completed and the Airbnb was active, Altus stepped in with financing, secured by the property, to help capitalize and grow the business.
